Currently focused on building and maintaining large-scale CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Greenhouse, and more) that handle millions of records daily. I joined Apollo as a founding member of the Internal Tooling team—originally scoped for broader platform enablement—but over time, my work has shifted toward integration systems where scale, reliability, and observability are critical. While I operate as an individual contributor today, I’ve previously led engineering teams and continue to bring that mindset to the way I collaborate, design systems, and support cross-functional goals. - Architected selective sync pipelines to reduce unnecessary data pulls from Salesforce, cutting sync load by ~40% and giving RevOps more control over update flows. - Designed and maintained Grafana dashboards to surface metrics like PushDurationInMs, helping engineers debug integration issues faster. - Contributed to internal debugging tools and maintenance workflows that improve team efficiency and reduce support load. - Drove conversations and designs around scaling, fault tolerance, and cost optimization across CRM integrations.

Led a team of 4 engineers to design and build a modern dialer experience from scratch for sales and support agents using JustCall, the company’s flagship communication platform. Though my time at SaaS Labs was brief due to a company-wide shift from remote to in-office work, the experience was deeply rewarding—I had full ownership from tech design to team coordination, and helped shape a product that impacted thousands of users daily. - Designed and delivered a new dialer UI/UX and backend from the ground up, optimized for speed, reliability, and agent workflows - Collaborated closely with product and design to iterate on feedback loops in real-time - Set up engineering practices for code quality, async communication, and faster deploy cycles in a remote-first team - Mentored junior team members on system design, async communication, and code review culture

Joined Gradguide at its inception stage—when it was little more than an MVP built on Firebase with no native backend—and helped scale it into a production-grade platform that was eventually acquired by Native. Brought on through a recommendation by Terry Clune (Founder of TaxbackInternational and primary investor), I took on full-stack ownership across infrastructure, system design, and execution, while also leading a team of 3 engineers (2 junior, 1 senior). - Led platform re-architecture from Firebase to a scalable service-based backend to meet production demands - Built and deployed live teaching, video, and chat features across both web and mobile platforms - Managed infrastructure, CI/CD, and cloud provisioning to support dynamic traffic scaling - Directed engineering priorities and team execution end-to-end during a fast-paced growth phase - Played a critical role in the successful acquisition of Gradguide by Native

Brought in to lead a new initiative focused on modernizing TBI’s product suite and UI layer. Initially led a team of frontend engineers to build a design system and three major client-facing apps—Analytics, Vault, and Comply—all backed by legacy APIs from the old platform. As a founding member of the new TBI modernization effort, I helped drive organizational confidence in moving to a cloud-native architecture. Partnered closely with incoming CTO Barry Noonan to redesign TBI’s infrastructure for scale, security, and agility. - Led design and delivery of high-quality UI/UX for Analytics, Vault, and Comply, setting the standard for future product interfaces - Built the TBI design system from scratch, enabling faster product delivery and consistency across the suite - Containerized services and migrated infrastructure from on-prem (Varna) to AWS ECS with multi-AZ support - Designed and implemented Bitbucket Pipelines for CI/CD, enabling blue-green deployments in staging and production - Improved release velocity from quarterly to multiple times per day - Contributed to evolving the org’s platform strategy and infrastructure vision alongside the CTO - Helped establish SSO and 99.999% SLA for all new products
